Owen had a good afternoon. He came out of his surgery very well - happy and playful. He does appear to have more strength on his right side (which has been the weak side). This afternoon's CT Scan already showed reduced fluid, which relieved some of the pressure on the brain. They were pleasantly surprised to see improvement already. The oncologist came in today but didn't have much information. The oncologist will be working with a team of other specialists to determine the type of tumor and course of action. We will most likely be getting a second opinion in Boston as well (as recommended by the oncologist). We will hopefully know more over the next few days. We will keep you posted.
